Canon’s camera history spans manual-focus film equipment and the later EOS autofocus system. This reference desk currently concentrates on a small part of that history rather than attempting a complete catalogue.
Two systems in this collection
The AE-1 and A-1 belong to Canon’s FD era. The EOS 650, introduced in 1987, marks the start of EOS and its electronically controlled EF mount. A shared maker name does not make those lens systems interchangeable.
